Nothing like starting at the top, with the biggest! Last weekend our Nephew and his girlfriend were over from Australia, and they wanted to look around St Richards Cathedral. Even though I have lived in West Sussex for almost three years, I had never been inside the Cathedral. I have now.

No 34 - Cook 50 recipes I have never cooked before

Forgot to list back in mid-March. I have made a batch of Mango chutney🍯. It needed to rest for a minimum of 6 weeks and we are now there so next time we have a curry I will open a jar.

This was my first ever attempt so may not taste the best, we shall see?

Having rebuilt the allotment area have now planted out the Garlic and sown the first set of radish.
Also potted on lettuce, cherry toms, coriander and sweet corn.

Next weekend planning to sow Beetroot and Parsnips.
