On way back from dog training with our puppy we stopped off at the Gribble Inn again for a meal and some ale. Sampled the excellent Sussex Quad Hopper:

Whilst on an errand I happened to be going via Oving so stopped off for a quick sneaky pint at the Gribble Inn, home of the Gribble Brewery:

Having now made two batches of cheese it became obvious I need some way to mould my cheese. So I have brought some cheese moulds from Lakelands:

No 37 - Home Made Cheese
Having added this goal to my list I was pleasantly surprised to receive a set to make my own Halloumi for my Birthday. Finally got around to making my first batch last weekend and this is the result:
